MHT CET

Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT CET), is a state-level entrance test used to select applicants for admission to engineering and pharmacy programs at various colleges throughout Maharashtra. The exam is conducted every year by the Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test Cell. There are 3 question papers in the MHT CET 2023 examination. Paper 1 is Mathematics; Paper 2 is Physics and Chemistry combined, and Paper 3 is Biology. Candidates willing to join the Engineering course should appear for Papers 1 and 2. Aspirants of Pharmacy courses should appear for Papers 2 and 3.

MHT-CET 2022 syllabus includes both Class 11 and Class 12 topics of the Maharashtra State Board. The subjects for which the MHT- CET syllabus has to be referred are Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology.

MHT-CET exam is of total 200 marks. There is no negative marking for wrong or unattempt questions. Paper 1 is of total 100 marks and consists of Physics and Chemistry. Both subjects will have 50 questions each (i.e. Physics + Chemistry – total 100 questions)
