The JEE (Joint Entrance Examination) an entrance exam for admission into various engineering colleges across the country. In 2022, it will be conducted in four sessions by NTA (National Testing Agency). One of the most-challenging entrance exams in the country, the JEE 2022 is your gateway to the prestigious IITs, NITs, and Central Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs). JEE conducted in two parts:Institutes like the Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISERs), Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Petroleum Technology, and the Indian Institute of Science consider the marks obtained in JEE Advanced as one of the criteria for admission. However, these institutes are not a part of central IIT-JEE Advanced counselling.
orchid_2 JEE Main is conducted first followed by JEE Advanced. Candidates must qualify JEE Main first to be eligible to apply for JEE Advanced. Candidates can appear for JEE Main for 3 consecutive years. As per the revised pattern, JEE Main is conducted two times a year and appearing in both the session in the same year is considered as one attempt.
